However, the number of Netflix subscribers in 2022 in EMEA exceeded that in UCAN. The total number of Netflix subscribers at the end of fiscal 2022 was 230.747 million or 8.9 million higher than the prior year.

In 2022, Netflix experienced a decline in its subscriber base in the United States and Canada region. However, its subscriber base grew in the other regions and the highest increase was recorded in the Asia Pacific region. Netflix lost close to 1 million subscribers in 2022 in the UCAN region. However, it gained around 5.4 million in the Asia Pacific region.
