Meta Inc (formerly Facebook Inc) witnessed a substantial reduction in its free cashflow during the year 2022, which plummeted to less than fifty percent of the free cashflow recorded in the preceding year. The social media giant’s free cashflow dwindled to $18,439 million in 2022, in contrast to $38,439 million in 2021.

In 2019, Facebook’s net cash provided by operating actvities was $ 36,314 million. The company spent $15,102 million on purchases of property and equipment and $552 million on principal payments on financial leases.
