HPE’s total net revenue in 2022 was $28,496 million compared to $27,784 million in 2021. The company experienced growth in sales across its compute and intelligent edge segments. The intelligent edge segment of the business generated total $3,674 million in 2022 compared to $3,287 million in 2021. Its Compute segment generated total $12,742 million in net sales in 2022 compared to $12,292 million in the previous year.
However, in 2022 HPE’s net earnings declined significantly compared to the previous year. Its total net earnings for 2022 remained only $868 million compared to $3,427 million in the previous year. In 2020 HPE had incurred a net loss of $322 million.
