Around 2.5  Billion people around the world use its products daily. Some of the brands by Unilever the  have become household names are Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Axe, Hellmann’s and Omo. Unilever also owns 13 Billion Euro brands and 13 of the top 50 brands of the world.  The brand operates across four categories of which the largest one is Personal Care, followed by Foods, Home Care and Refreshment. Unilever invests a large sum each year in research and development as well as marketing. Its extensive global presence is major advantage. The company generates around 58% of its revenue from the emerging markets.
