Founded in 1939 by William R Hewlett and David Packard, HP was incorporated in 1947. In 2015, HP was divided into HP and HPE or Hewlett Packard Enterprises. After the separation Hewlett Packard company changed its name to HP Inc. The brand has achieved some serious growth since it separated from HPE. In 2016, the brand acquired the printing business of Samsung which has also helped it gain momentum. However, despite the decline experienced by the PC and printing businesses in the recent years, HP has demonstrated impressive performance.
