Intel is a world leading brand that designs and manufactures essential technologies that power the cloud and an increasingly smart, connected world. It offers computing, networking, data storage, and communications solutions to a broad set of customers spanning multiple industries. In 1968, Intel was incorporated in California (reincorporated in Delaware in 1989), in what became known as Silicon Valley. Its technology has been at the heart of computing breakthroughs ever since.

Its business is organized into four divisions that include Client Computing Group, Data Center group, Internet of Things Group, Non Volatile memory Solutions Group, and Programmable Solutions Group. Intel’s Gross Margin reached 39 Billion Dollars in 2017 rising from 36.2 Billion Dollars in 2016.
