In 2017, Samsung spent 5.4 Trillion Korean Won on advertising whereas 7.3 Trillion KRW on sales promotions. Its advertising costs in 2016 were 4.4 Trillion Korean Won whereas sales promotions expenses were 7 Trillion Won.
