Inditex has expanded fast in the recent years through both online and physical channels. It is headquartered at Arteixo, A Coruña, Spain. The company is selling in 96 markets through its several brands. Its flagship brand is ZARA with the highest number of retail stores globally. Market expansion has led to growth in the size of its human capital as well. The number of employees working for Inditex grew from 162,450 in 2016 to 171, 839 in 2017.
