It as successfully established itself as a fun and entertainment brand for families. Two American brothers named Walt and Roy  O Disney had founded the brand in the year 1923. Sound financial performance of the brand is a sign of its strong and profitable business model.

For the last 4 years, Net Income of Walt disney has remained higher than 8 Billion dollars having reached the highest point in 2016. In 2016, its Net Income reached 9.8 Billion dollars and then came down 9.4 Billion dollars in 2017. Net Income attributable to walt Disney Corp. was 8.98 Billion dollars having come down from 9.4 Billion dollars in 2016.
